At Travel Doodles, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, modifications, and refunds are processed for our travel packages and services.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellation requests must be submitted through email, WhatsApp, or our official contact channels. The date on which we receive your request will be considered the official cancellation date.

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date: Eligible for a full refund after deducting applicable booking and service charges.
  • Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the travel date: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date: No refund will be applicable.

2. No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to arrive for the scheduled tour, hotel stay, transport, or activity without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Travel Doodles

In rare situations, Travel Doodles may cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, political situations, government restrictions, or operational reasons.

In such cases:

  • Travelers will be offered an alternative date or package.
  • If no suitable alternative is accepted, a refund will be processed accordingly.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 working days and will be credited through the original payment method used during booking.

5. Third-Party Services

Hotels, transport providers, airlines, and local activity operators may follow their own cancellation and refund policies. Refunds related to such third-party services will depend on the respective providers terms and conditions.

6. Changes to Bookings

Requests for itinerary modifications, travel date changes, or package upgrades are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
